Does Ward Robe guarantee quality?
The quality of your product is determined by the brand manufacturer. Ward Robe does not manufacture products and therefore cannot guarantee the quality of your product. Ward Robe does guarantee authentic products from the original brand’s manufacturer – you will not receive a replica product.

Why does my product have no tag if it is authentic?
We import our street wear fashion products. Therefore, they are subject to checks by customs for legal purposes. Sometimes, when a product is in customs, the tag will be removed.

Can I collect my product?
Yes. Our collection point is in North Gate, Gauteng. Collection times are between 6pm-9pm. Please be sure to chat to customer service to arrange a collection appointment.

Does Ward Robe deliver my product?
Ward Robe can deliver your street wear fashion product to your door. Please select “delivery” when checking out. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your product.

How much does delivery cost?
When you select “delivery” at check out and enter your address, the delivery fee will be calculated for you. This fee will be less than R 100.

If your product is damaged or broken upon delivery, Ward Robe will exchange or refund the product. Please confirm this at the time of delivery as we will not accept request for exchange or refund after the fact.
